What Knipsy does

Read
Knipsy reads the supplier, the date, every line and every amount, in a few seconds.
Verify
Totals and VAT are recalculated. If there is any doubt, Knipsy tells you instead of guessing.
Classify
Every document is filed in the right place, in the chart of accounts of the company’s country.
Invoice and chase
Your sales invoices go out in one tap, and reminders take care of themselves when a customer forgets to pay.
File and pass on
Returns ready with their official files, exports in your accountant’s formats.
And also: bank reconciliation, payroll posted, a calendar of deadlines with reminders on the phone, an address book that fills itself in and archives filed for the legal period.
